Theatre In The Square
Welcome to Theatre in the Square
Amateur Dramatics, North London
Theatre in the Square is a drama group based in North London. We put on four productions in a year in a number of locations. You can read more about our illustrious history here.
Since 1968 we have been regularly invited to perform at the Minack Open Air Theatre, Porthcurno, in Cornwall. This provides an opportunity for a week’s performance in an unusual setting with the sea as a backdrop. From 1968 onwards we have taken very varied plays to Minack and played in front of over 70,000 people during this period.
We were delighted to be chosen to be part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s project ‘Open Stages 2013-2016′. This was a very exciting opportunity for the group. You can read more about our involvement with RSC Open Stages HERE.
Please see our ‘Audition Notices’ page for details of how you can audition for our productions.
If you’re not a member of the group, and you want to keep up-to-date with our news you could add your email address to our mailing list, join our Facebook fan page and follow us on Twitter.
