Autumn 2026

The Taxidermist’s Daughter
Reading and Workshop

Sunday 1st November 2026, 1pm – 6pm

At East Finchley Methodist Church

This is a haunting Gothic Thriller of revenge, retribution and justice.

Set in 1912, against the backdrop of a decaying museum of taxidermy where secrets are kept. It asks the question of what a women should do if those who are supposed to protect her are those she should fear most.

The tide rises. The memories return. The reckoning begins.

In celebration of Halloween, join us for a reading and workshop. We will explore the play’s themes through acting, movement, sound & the written word.

The event is open to all including a social gathering at at Gertie Browns afterwards.

Places are limited. Register your interest by emailing us now. Click the 'Email Us' button.

Please Note: This event is not a public performance of the play but a workshop
designed to test the possibilities and interest in a full production at a later date.
